New credit card fraud scheme

There is a new ban on all open air burning in Belleville. Another warning of credit card fraud. A person claiming they are from the security and fraud department of a credit card company is calling the public asking for their three digit pin numbers. The jury at the Michael Rafferty murder trial can now consider a police tape of Rafferty’s former girl friend Terri-Lynne McClintic.
