Harper closing the door on military in Afghanistan

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says the time has come to close the door on more than a decade of Canadian military involvement in Afghanistan. There were no arrests or injuries in the latest student protest in Montreal.  A Canadian on death row in Montana for killing two men 30 years ago has been dealt a major blow in his bid to avoid execution.
