Belleville’s drug unit makes another bust

On Thursday while executing a search warrant, Belleville Police seized five different types of drugs, cell phones, and debt lists from a College Street residence and vehicle stop.

Police seized morphine pills, oxycontin, lorazapam, temazapa, bromazapam, cocaine, cell phones, and debt lists.

Colleen Peterson, of Belleville, was charged by police with three counts of possession and two counts of breach of recognizance and was held for a bail hearing.

John Parks, of Belleville, was also charged by police with two counts of possession and released on a promise to appear.

Two other women where arrested at the College Street residence but were released without any charges.
