Suspect arrested following a kidnapping of two Quebec seniors

Following the kidnapping of two Quebec seniors, three suspects have been arrested.  Two female premiers in different parts of the country face major tests today and in Nova Scotia, families of five missing fishermen are hoping their capsized vessel will be discovered.
