Health Minister Deb Matthews said she won’t  after a scathing auditors report into Ontario’s air ambulance service, says report. A London, Ont. judge ruled Terri-Lynne McClintic’s video statement can be considered as evidence against Michael Rafferty. London police have made 15 more arrests after the St. Patrick’s Day riot.
