Six of Ontario’s Worst Roads are in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. Dufferin Street in Toronto is at the top of CAA’s Worst Roads list for 2012.  29-year-old Shannon Sargent of Belleville was charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
