September 27th-29th Police Briefs

It was a busy weekend for Belleville Police with calls regarding break and enters.

At 8 a.m. on Saturday, police were called to a home on Henry Street. The residence was broken into overnight and the suspects stole a flat-screen television. Investigation is ongoing.

Afterwards, police were called to a home on Coleman Street in regards to a break and enter that happened in the early morning. Between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Saturday, the home was entered and several wallets and laptops were stolen. An investigation is also ongoing.

On Sunday at around 1:30 p.m., police were called to a residence on Dundas Street East where a home was broken into overnight. A laptop was reported stolen.
