Update: Police catch flasher

  • October 10, 2013 at 10:11 am

Belleville police have caught a man believed to be a flasher.

Brandon Wilson, 20, of Belleville was arrested and charged yesterday with one count of an indecent act.

Police say Wilson allegedly exposed himself to two girls, ages 9 and 12, last Friday just before 3:30 p.m.

The girls told police they saw a male suspect walking down Stavebank Road in the west end of the city.

It was reported that he was masturbating.

The man did not have any contact with the girls.

Wilson will be in Belleville court for a bail hearing October 10.
