The numbers are in and federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty says Canada’s deficit is down $7 billion from last year. Several Conservative and Liberal senators are making it clear that they are opposed to what they consider a rush judgment. Police are looking for passersby who helped a Belleville pedestrian seriously injured in a hit and run on October 7th.
