17-year-old is latest missing person in Belleville

BELLEVILLE – Another Belleville resident has been reported missing.

Alicia Duff, 17, was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon by the corner of North Front Street and College Street, Belleville Police say. Duff is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, approximately 120 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.

It is the latest of several missing-persons cases in the area. Trevor Cox, a Belleville resident who went missing on Wednesday evening, has since been found, police said today. Another man, Roger Pennell, 61, was last seen last Friday at approximately 7:30 a.m. Pennell is still missing.
