Woman found in street; driver charged

BELLEVILLE – A 70-year-old man has been charged after a woman was found in the street after being hit by a vehicle Thursday. The woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The man was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
