Belleville mayor to set the record straight

BELLEVILLE —­­­­­ It’s a time of change for Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis.

There are reports that he’s giving up his mayoral duties when his term ends later this year and will be seeking the Liberal nomination in the new Bay of Quinte federal riding.
