Build Belleville Meeting cancelled

  • February 5, 2014 at 1:13 pm

By Suzanne Coolen

BELLEVILLE – The public information meeting tonight to present the preliminary designs and background information on the Build Belleville downtown revitalization project has been cancelled due to the weather.

The meeting has not yet been re-scheduled. QNetnews will update this story as the information becomes available.

The Build Belleville project was launched in 2011 by Mayor Neil Ellis as a way of funding city projects where cuts were made to government funding.

The goal of the downtown revitalization project is to create an appealing dining, entertainment, retail and residential district.
