Loyalist partnership celebrated

BELLEVILLE – The partnership between Loyalist College and the Quinte Economic Development Commission over the years was celebrated at Thursday’s meeting of the Loyalist board of governors.

The meeting began with a presentation by the the commission, focusing on what the college contributes to developing the local community. One contribution cited  was that Loyalist graduates meet local industry requirements.

“This is an impressive thing we’ve got,” Ted Reid, the commssion’s chair, said about the partnership.
