Heavy weather hitting sidewalks hard

  • February 24, 2014 at 12:10 pm

By Shelden Rogers

BELLEVILLE – With lots of snow and freezing rain this winter, city streets have been a mess – but sidewalks have been just as bad.

Belleville has no bylaw stating that property-owners are responsible for cleaning their sidewalks. It is up to the city to keep them clear.

Stay tuned as QNet News examines the snowy-sidewalk situation.
