Protest for missing aboriginal women

  • March 3, 2014 at 3:41 pm

Locals in Tyendinaga have blockaded Shannonville Road in two places between Highway 401 and Highway 2.

The protest aims to bring attention to the lack of action by the federal government to launch an inquiry into the staggering number of missing aboriginal women in Canada.
