Ted Howe, 59, is a Belleville native and a father of three. He taught kindergarten for 28 years. Howe is the founder and artistic director of Quinte Children’s Theatre, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing live entertainment to children.
Howe wants to bring more jobs to Belleville and is interested in exploring the possibility of a university in downtown Belleville.
He also wants to see more bike paths in the city, and the creation of an efficient, convenient bus service that connects Belleville to Quinte West and Prince Edward County.
