Duncan Armstrong

Duncan Armstrong has been a resident of Quinte West since he was 15 years old. He is a retired teacher, and was heavily involved in getting Trenton High School’s field track replaced in recent years. His platform focuses on infrastructure, public service, and industry. Armstrong says he wants to make Quinte West an international destination. He is 62 years old.
