Garry Quinn
Garry Quinn is originally from Peterborough. He moved to Belleville in the 70’s and later moved to Sidney ward in the 90’s. Quinn spent one year at Fleming College studying electrical engineering, and one year at Trent University studying math. Quinn says running for office is something he has wanted to do for some time. If elected, Quinn wants to focus on sustainable growth in Quinte West. He said he appreciates the work the previous mayor and council have achieved during the last term.
