Downtown revitalization put on hold before election

It’s no secret that Belleville’s core needs a facelift.

But because contractors are asking for more dollars to do the project than what council has budgeted for, revitalizing the downtown has been put on hold for the next council to deal with. QNet’s Greg Murphy takes you downtown for a greater look.
