Local poverty programs facing increased usage as winter approaches

BELLEVILLE – Winter is coming fast and with it, more people are turning to Belleville‘s social services for assistance.

QNet News reporter Amanda Lorbetski brings us the stories of two local organizations – Gleaners Food Bank and the Community Development Council of Quinte – who say usage is up compared to this time last year.
