Getting out despite the weather

BELLEVILLE – The city and the surrounding area was blanketed with approximately 5 cm of snow Wednesday, Feb. 4. The temperature stayed mild around -3 C. Temperatures are dropping Thursday, Feb. 5, with an expected high of -11 C. Loyalist photojournalists took to the snowy streets and captured these images.
