BELLEVILLE – A Belleville man had an exceedingly rough start to his day on Wednesday.

Belleville Police responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Blessington Road Wednesday morning at 5:26 a.m. They charged a 20-year-old man with impaired driving, breach of probation and a number of highway offences.
