Booze at birthday party results in mischief charge

BELLEVILLE – A 28-year-old man faces mischief charges after he drank too much alcohol at a birthday party and caused a disturbance at a Foxboro home this week.

The man spent the night in jail and was given a court date for later this month, according to the Belleville Police.

Police declined to provide more details about the incident  to QNet News on Thursday.
