High stakes at Loyalist’s Sparkie Awards

BELLEVILLE –Loyalist’s Television and New Media program hosted its own Oscars with the 11th annual Sparkie Awards on Wednesday. QNet’s Joseph Quigley reports on who emerged victorious.
