Prince Edward County teen is missing
Austin Smith, 15, has been missing since Wednesday morning.
BELLEVILLE – A Prince Edward County teen is missing after he failed to board his school bus Wednesday morning.
According to the Prince Edward County OPP, 15-year-old Austin Smith was last seen as he waited for the bus at 7:45 a.m.
He is described as being between five feet five and five feet eight inches tall with brown hair, blue-green eyes and a fair complexion. He is acne-prone and has a large scar on his left arm from above his elbow to the mid forearm.
He was last seen wearing a brown Columbia jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans with a rip in the knee and blue Shaq sneakers. He was also wearing a silver Bulova watch.
Police say that Austin has undiagnosed mental-health issues and functions at the level of a 10-year-old.
