BELLEVILLE – Wednesday night was the first all-candidates debate for the Bay of Quinte riding. It took place at the Empire Theatre in downtown Belleville.

The theatre was filled with vocal and passionate voters. Throughout the night, many audience members voiced their opinion, but the most vocal of all was one particular audience member.
