New hockey product helps players get a grip

BELLEVILLE – A new hockey product is flying off the shelves at the Belleville Bulls Pro Shop.

Get A Grip Hockey  is a new company that sells grip tape for hockey sticks.

The product makes it easier for players to keep a tight grip on their stick.

The product was created and developed by Bradley Dow, a Belleville-area man who also owns the company. The tape currently is only sold in the Pro Shop, but Dow is looking to expand to other stores.

More to come.
