Man arrested and charged with drunk driving
BELLEVILLE – A man was arrested and charged with impaired driving near Napanee Monday morning.
OPP responded to a call of a man in a silver Ford F-150 pickup truck driving erratically along Highway 401 westbound.
An officer stopped the truck at the Wyman Road overpass in Marysville. After taking a roadside breathalyzer test, the man was arrested for having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08.
The man was charged with drunk driving but was released on a promise to appear in provincial court in Napanee on Oct. 20 2015.
