BELLEVILLE – Open liquor found in a truck has led to four men being charged by Central Hastings OPP.

Officers with the detachment ran a R.I.D.E. program on Victoria Street South at McGowan Street in Tweed late Friday night. Sixty vehicles were checked and a truck with five men inside was searched. The officers found open alcohol in the vehicle and as a result four men, ages 19 to 21, were charged with having liquor in an open container somewhere other than a licensed premise or residence.
