BELLEVILLE – Loyalist College is set to host an all-candidate debate on Oct. 7 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall. All candidates running in the Bay of Quinte riding were invited, but Conservative candidate Jodie Jenkins and the Green Party’s Rachel Nelems declined. The debate will be moderated by Kathleen Bazkur, the Dean of Media, Arts and Design.
