TRENTON – The Quinte International Air Show is coming back to the region.

A media relations representative from Canadian Forces Base Trenton has confirmed that the show will happen June 25 and 26 of next year. The show is in the early stages of planning, with the first official meeting happening Wednesday morning.

It would be the first time for the show at CFB Trenton since 2009.

According to the city of Quinte West’s website, the long-running show used to attract 50,000 spectators over two days.
