Belleville police start December with busy day

BELLEVILLE – The Belleville Police responded to a total of 56 calls in a 24-hour period starting at 5 a.m. Tuesday.

The police reported Wednesday that they also responded to approximately 16 motor-vehicle collisions over the same period.

Police are asking people to drive more carefully during the cold, wet winter season.
