BELLEVILLE – The Quinte Bay Gymnastics team captured two gold medals at the Trampoline and Tumbling 1st Ontario Cup provincial meet at York University.
Kirsten Webster and Hudson Mulvihill from the trampoline and tumbling team placed first in tumbling.
Other gymnasts from the Quinte Bay Gymnastics Club placed in the top three. Nevin Valcamp and Kaylee Verboom finished second, while Jared Matthews and Mackenzie Trider-Schmidt finished third in their respective divisions.
The meet was hosted by Airborne Trampoline North.
The Quinte Bay Gymnastics Club will be hosting the Level 3-5 Women’s Ontario Championships in June 2016. There will be 1,100 athletes from across Ontario competing at this competition.
