Man arrested for assault
BELLEVILLE– A 22-year-old male was arrested in connection with a previous assault while police were investigating at trespassing at an apartment in Napanee Sunday.
Officers were called to investigate complaints of a individual trespassing in a apartment on Dundas street. Arriving officers reportedly could smell marijuana in an apartment. The 22-year-old was arrested for holding drugs and an earlier assault last on Jan. 13th.
He will appear in court in Napanee court on Feb. 16.
