Flying ice damages vehicle

BELLEVILLE – Central Hastings OPP received a complaint on Tuesday from a motorist whose car windshield was damaged after a chunk of ice flew off another vehicle.

The vehicles were traveling on Old Troy Road in Tweed.

No injuries were reported but the vehicle was damaged.

Officers urge drivers to clear snow and ice off their vehicles before driving to prevent future incidents.
