BELLEVILLE – Plans for a casino will be discussed at Monday’s city council meeting in Belleville.

It is believed that the location will be made official.

There has been widespread speculation that the casino will be built on Bell Boulevard next to the TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel.

Representatives of the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation will be present at the meeting, which is set to begin at 5 p.m.
