Belleville council to look at city improvements

  • January 25, 2016 at 3:34 pm

By Rebecca Bartlett

BELLEVILLE – Belleville city council has plans to talk about possible improvements to the city at Monday night’s meeting.

One of the topics that will be discussed is work on the foyer in City Hall to make it more accessible.

There will also be a discussion about spending $115,017.39 on fixing a Belleville Transit bus. The vehicle is a low-floor Nova bus that lowers to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or with baby strollers.

Another topic that will be brought up is an update on the Build Belleville project.

More to come.
