McDonald’s brings self-service to Belleville

  • February 9, 2016 at 11:42 am

By Callie Jackson

BELLEVILLE – McDonald’s Canada has introduced self-serve kiosks and table delivery service as well as dedicated wait staff in what it says is an effort to improve customer experience.

The McDonald’s on North Front Street in Belleville is one of the outlets to feature the changes.

The kiosks have touch screens that allow customers to choose their own style of meal.

The company says that by 2017  the new features will be in place in most of the 1,400 McDonald’s restaurants across the country.

What do McDonald’s customers think of the changes? QNet is asking that question this week.

More to come.
