BELLEVILLE — Police are looking for information after a motorist approached and spoke to an 11-year-old boy on Albion Street in the eastern part of Belleville Monday.

Between 3 and 4 p.m., according to Belleville Police, a black pickup truck with tinted windows was seen approaching the boy walking along the sidewalk on Albion Street.

The truck is described as appearing to be a Ford F-150, with a suspension lift kit, large tires with silver rims and a flat tonneau cover on the box, according to Insp. Chris Barry.

Police are asking anyone who saw the truck in the area to contact them at 613-966-0882 or Quinte Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
