Man charged with impaired driving after vehicle hits hydro pole

BELLEVILLE – A 46-year-old Shannonville man has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle accident along Old Highway 2 early Wednesday morning.

The accident caused major damage to a hydro pole, according to the Belleville Police.

The driver was not injured. He has a court appearance scheduled for March 10.
