Napanee man arrested for disobeying curfew

BELLEVILLE – Police responded to a call about a suspicious man on North Park Street around 1 a.m. Sunday.

When they responded they found a 39-year-old Napanee man who had been previously released with conditions. Police then discovered he was not following those conditions.

The man was arrested and held for a bail hearing with charges of breach of undertaking and breach of probation.
