BELLEVILLE – Marijuana, morphine pills and digital scales were among the illegal items seized at a Napanee home by the OPP on Monday.

Officers with the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau/Drug Enforcement Unit alongside the Napanee OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant of the residence where the narcotics were found. They seized 164 grams of marijuana, 49 morphine pills, 56 oxycodone pills, 28 codeine pills, 10 hydromorphone pills, digital scales and $995 cash.

A 46-year-old woman has been charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and was also charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime. She was held in custody pending a bail hearing Thursday.
