BELLEVILLE – Loyalist College’s Television New Media students will be holding their award show – the Sparkies – in the Shark Tank Pub Tuesday night.

The Sparkies Award show is designed to be a smaller version of award shows seen on TV, like the Oscars.

The show acknowledges students’ work throughout the school year.

All films and projects are screened prior to the ceremony. There are 26 award categories.

Students, alumni, family and friends are welcome to attend.

For those who are not able to come, it is streamed live.

QNet News will be there Tuesday night.

More to come.
