Fitness boot camp offers different ways to shape up

BELLEVILLE – Summer may be just around the corner but it’s not too late to make good on those New Year’s fitness resolutions.

One place that can help you get into shape is Belleville Fit Body Boot Camp, which offers alternatives to conventional exercises like running on the treadmill.
