BELLEVILLE – Despite the summer weather, things are about to feel a little more like fall in Belleville.
The city’s Chamber of Commerce and Bay of Quinte Tourism are kicking things off with the 8th annual Flavours of Fall event this Saturday.
From pumpkin carvings and historic displays to food vendors and more, the event will have a little something for everyone.
