Weather warning for Quinte issued by Environment Canada

Environment Canada issued a special weather warning today as officials are concerned about the possibility of between 10 mm to 20 mm of rain and gusting winds. Ontario farmers drew praise from Premier Dalton McGuinty for effort to support a new risk management system that provides money following bad crops or shifting global prices.
