Col. Dave Cochrane will pass the torch to Col. Sean Friday before leaving to Australia for advanced training.  The United Way’s executive director position will be filled by Judy Gilbert next month.  The auditor general says the Harper government misinformed parliament to win approval for a $50 million G8 fund.
