Watch out for wildlife on highway

Police are reminding drivers to stay alert during early morning, dusk and at night. Police say no one was found in a car or river after a vehicle was found submerged in the Napanee River.  A Bank of Montreal report said we are paying 20 per cent more for goods despite our soaring dollar.
