HOW TO USE:
Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes.
